Candidates will also work on a broad spectrum of contracts, including SaaS subscription agreements, IP licensing, employment contracts, and Data Processing Agreements (DPA).

Eligibility
To be eligible for this position, applicants must:
- Be a qualified lawyer with a degree from a reputed law college.
- Have 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in general corporate law.
- Have prior experience in a law firm environment.
- Possess strong knowledge of commercial contracts, IP laws, and data protection regulations.
- Experience in fintech or health-tech industries is a plus but not mandatory.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior Associate/Associate at NovoJuris Legal, you will:
- Work extensively with clients in the technology industry on various commercial contracts.
- Offer advisory services on general corporate and day-to-day legal issues.
- Handle legal work on a variety of contracts, including SaaS subscription agreements, IP licensing, employment agreements, reseller/channel partner agreements, and more.
- Provide expert guidance on data protection laws.
- Address employment law matters that are critical to operational legal issues.

Mode and Location
