Eligibility
The following candidates are eligible to apply for this role:

Role and Responsibilities
As a Trainee Associate/Assessment Intern, you will:
- Assist the firm’s Dispute Resolution team in handling ongoing cases.
- Conduct legal research on various laws and precedents relevant to the cases.
- Assist in drafting legal documents such as pleadings, submissions, and briefs.
- Attend court hearings and arbitrations, observing and learning about real-world dispute resolution mechanisms.
- Work with senior lawyers to help prepare for litigation and arbitration proceedings.
- Contribute to the team’s overall strategy for resolving client disputes.
