Aditya Birla Group is seeking candidates for TM Legal position that primarily focuses on managing a wide range of legal matters, including civil, criminal, and commercial litigations. The role demands extensive experience in strategizing, filing, and managing various legal disputes, as well as offering legal support to the business teams in the area of commercial contracts and real estate. This role requires a high level of expertise in handling disputes across different courts and legal forums, drafting legal documents, and providing legal advice to the management.

Eligibility
- Educational Qualification: LL.B. from a reputable institute.
- Experience: 10-12 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), preferably from a law firm.
- Language Skills: Excellent English writing and articulation skills are essential.
Role and Responsibilities
- Litigations (75%):
- Strategize, file, and manage civil, criminal, and commercial litigations.
- Handle disputes before civil & criminal courts, High Court, NCLT, and other tribunals.
- Draft legal documents such as plaints, writ petitions, and responses to show cause notices.
- Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to management.
- Real Estate (15%):
- Conduct due diligence on properties and assess the validity of titles.
- Draft and negotiate lease deeds, license agreements, and other transaction documents.
- Review property documents and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Commercial Contracts (10%):
- Draft, vet, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including Master Services Agreements, Data Privacy Agreements, and NDAs.
- Support business teams in finalizing contracts and legal notices.
