Eligibility
- Educational Qualification: LL.B. or equivalent degree.
- Experience: Candidates with litigation experience are preferred, but fresh law graduates with at least 6 months of experience are also welcome to apply.
- Location: Open to candidates from Vijayawada as well as outstation applicants who are willing to relocate.
Role and Responsibilities
As an Associate/Senior Associate in the Litigation team at Agragami Consulting, your responsibilities will include:
- Case Handling: Managing and assisting in various litigation cases, including drafting legal documents, pleadings, and conducting legal research.
- Client Representation: Representing clients in court proceedings and other legal matters.
- Legal Research: Conducting comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
- Documentation: Preparing and maintaining organized case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Collaboration: Working closely with other team members and senior legal professionals to deliver quality legal services to clients.
