Eligibility
Candidates should be recent graduates with 0-1 years of experience. Preference is given to graduates in law or related subjects or those with experience as a legal assistant. Experience in processing subpoenas or legal orders is advantageous. Proficiency in English, strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
Role and Responsibilities
The Legal Operations Specialist will:
- Open and manage legal matters in the case management system.
- Assess and validate legal requests.
- Prepare and dispatch correspondence related to legal requests.
- Evaluate and determine the scope of legal requests.
- Research internal platforms for relevant documents and retrieve them.
- Prepare fulfillment packages in compliance with privacy laws and company procedures.
- Perform other duties as required.
