Eligibility
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in litigation proceedings is required.
- Educational Qualifications: Candidates must hold an LLB (3 years or 5 years) or LLM degree.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of IPR filing, renewals, prosecution, and litigation is essential. The ability to draft legal documents related to IPR cases is also required.
Role and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
- IP Management: Manage and maintain IP filings, renewals, and prosecution of trademark applications.
- Client Queries: Handle client queries regarding IP practices in India, and provide well-drafted legal opinions on trademark matters.
- Litigation Support: Prepare important documents such as Notices of Opposition, Counter Statements, Evidence in Support of Reply, Rectifications, Notices, and Rejoinders.
- Copyright and Design Matters: Manage and maintain copyright and design cases.
- Independently Handle Litigation: Take charge of litigation matters related to IPR.
