Eligibility
– LLB or LLM degree from a recognized institution
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in litigation
– Strong knowledge of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and commercial laws
– Preference will be given to candidates residing within a 15-minute distance from the office location
Role and Responsibilities
– Represent clients in court proceedings, including IBC and business litigation cases
– Provide legal advice and draft legal documents related to commercial laws and white-collar crime
– Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client cases
– Collaborate with senior associates and partners on complex legal matters
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal developments and changes in the law
