CoinDCX is looking for a Senior Manager or Associate Director – Legal to join their team. The role involves liaising with law enforcement agencies, managing disputes and litigation, and advising on regulatory and compliance matters. This position requires a deep understanding of the legal framework surrounding cryptocurrency and Web3 in India.

Eligibility
– 8 to 15 years of experience in coordinating or working with law enforcement, with a preference for legal or compliance backgrounds.
– 5+ years of experience directly interacting with law enforcement agencies.
– Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbal and written.
– Familiarity with the Indian Judicial System, Indian Penal Code (IPC), IT Act, and related rules.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high-pressure situations and ambiguity.
– Willingness to work outside business hours and travel extensively.
Role and Responsibilities
– Coordinate and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies.
– Ensure accurate and lawful handling of law enforcement and regulatory requests.
– Manage disputes and litigation, providing feedback to internal teams.
– Develop strategic programs for collaboration with national and state law enforcement, regulators, and industry leaders.
– Advise on user grievances, redressal programs, and process improvements.
– Educate law enforcement agencies on CoinDCX’s policies and procedures.
– Represent CoinDCX at relevant conferences and meetings.

Mode and Location
