Eligibility
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following:
- A background in law, social work, gender studies, or humanities (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong command of Malayalam, Kannada, or Hindi.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Junior Associate, the selected candidate will:
- Assist in designing and delivering PoSH compliance training and workshops.
- Support policy drafting and implementation for clients.
- Collaborate with organizations to ensure seamless PoSH compliance.
- Occasionally travel to client locations for on-site work and workshops.
