Eligibility
- Candidates must hold a full-time Bachelor’s degree in law (Professional) with a minimum of 55% marks from a government-recognized university or institution.
- Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience after obtaining their LL.B. degree, either in legal practice, working in law firms, or in the legal departments of companies or organizations.
Role and Responsibilities
As an Associate (Legal) at DGH, the primary responsibilities include:
- Document Review: Ensuring legal documents are in compliance with statutory requirements and regulatory frameworks.
- Legal Advisory: Providing legal opinions and advice related to petroleum, natural gas, and associated sectors.
- Contract Management: Reviewing and drafting legal contracts and agreements, including those related to exploration, production sharing, and regulatory compliance.
- Compliance Management: Assisting with the legal compliance of the organization in accordance with the petroleum and natural gas policies.
- Liaison: Coordinating with external legal advisors and departments for smooth execution of legal processes.
