Eligibility
The firm is looking for candidates with up to 6 years of post-qualification experience in capital markets. Applicants with experience in one or more of the following areas will be preferred:
– Main Board IPOs
– Qualified Institutional Placements (QIPs)
– Rights Issues
– Debt/Bonds
Freshers with relevant internship experience in these areas are also encouraged to apply. A deep understanding of the capital markets and strong analytical skills are essential for this role.
Role and Responsibilities
As an Associate in the Capital Markets practice at JSA, you will be responsible for:
– Assisting in the execution of transactions related to capital markets, including IPOs, QIPs, rights issues, and debt offerings.
– Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as prospectuses, offer documents, and other related agreements.
– Conducting legal research and analysis on regulatory requirements and market practices.
– Coordinating with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of transactions.
– Providing legal advice and support to clients on various matters related to capital markets.
