Role and Responsibilities
As an Associate at JSA, your responsibilities will include:
- Working on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, and joint ventures.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents related to corporate and M&A transactions.
- Providing legal advisory services on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Assisting senior partners and team members with transactional due diligence and project management.
- Keeping up-to-date with legal trends and developments in corporate and commercial law.
