Eligibility
For Litigation Positions:
- Experience: 5 to 7 years in litigation.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Commercial, Civil, Criminal, and Arbitration law.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle complex legal matters independently.
For IPR Positions:
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in intellectual property rights.
- Knowledge of Trade Mark law and related procedures.
- Good research and drafting skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Role and Responsibilities
Litigation Positions:
- Handling cases related to Commercial, Civil, Criminal, and Arbitration law.
- Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Representing clients in court proceedings and arbitration hearings.
- Providing legal advice and strategy to clients.
- Conducting legal research and staying updated with relevant laws and regulations.
IPR Positions:
- Managing trademark registrations, renewals, and enforcement.
- Conducting trademark searches and preparing legal opinions.
- Drafting and filing trademark applications and responses to objections.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of IP strategies.
- Conducting legal research on IP-related matters.
