Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Minimum of 16 years of relevant work experience in the legal field
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing and leading teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across various levels of the organization
- In-depth knowledge of legal frameworks and regulations, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Legal Business Services team to ensure detailed execution of legal operations and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement legal requirements
- Provide legal guidance on a wide range of topics to internal team members
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including law firms and regulatory bodies
- Stay current on legal and industry trends to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize legal processes and enhance efficiency
