Regaal Resources Limited is looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager – Legal and Compliances to join their Compliance Team in Kolkata. The role involves ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations (excluding Taxation, Companies Act, and SEBI) within the organization. This position reports functionally to the Company Secretary and administratively to the CFO. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background with a focus on labor, environmental, industrial, and property laws.

Eligibility
- A Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a reputed institution recognized by the Bar Council.
- A minimum of 5+ years of practical legal experience, specifically within a manufacturing entity.
- Specialized knowledge in labor laws, environmental law, industrial law, and land & property matters.
- Proficiency in legal drafting and conveyancing.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Expertise in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in a listed company or a manufacturing organization is an added advantage.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and conveyancing of all legal agreements, deeds, and MOUs.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and submitting necessary returns.
- Maintaining statutory registers as required by law.
- Liaising with government authorities and relevant consultants for litigation matters, excluding those related to tax, Companies Act, and SEBI.
- Overseeing the application and renewal of all applicable licenses.
- Collaborating with the Compliance Team to monitor and ensure adherence to legal obligations.
