Eligibility
Investments Practice:
- PQE: Minimum 2-3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience: Candidates must have past transactional experience.
Banking and Finance Practice:
- PQE: Minimum 2-4 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience: Candidates with relevant regulatory experience in banking and finance
Dispute Resolution Practice:
- PQE: Minimum 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience: Prior experience in arbitration, commercial litigation, or regulatory litigation
For all positions, prior experience in a law firm is not mandatory but preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Investment Practice: The candidate will be involved in handling complex investment transactions, drafting agreements, and advising clients on corporate structuring and regulatory compliance.
- Banking & Finance Practice: The candidate will work on regulatory matters, including banking laws, financing arrangements, and regulatory compliance. Drafting and reviewing of documents related to banking and finance will be a key responsibility.
- Dispute Resolution Practice: The candidate will be required to manage arbitration, commercial, and regulatory litigation. Responsibilities include client advisory, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court and arbitration proceedings.
