Eligibility
The firm is hiring for three different Litigation Associate positions, each with specific experience requirements:
1. Litigation Associate (Civil & Criminal Litigation) – Candidates should have a Post Qualification Experience (PQE) of 2+ years.
2. Litigation Associate (White Collar Crimes) – Candidates should have a PQE of 1+ years.
3. Litigation Associate – Candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
All candidates should have a strong background in litigation and a commitment to excellence in their legal practice.
Role and Responsibilities
The roles and responsibilities for the Litigation Associate positions will vary depending on the specialization:
1. Civil & Criminal Litigation: Associates will handle cases related to civil and criminal matters, including drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and conducting legal research.
2. White Collar Crimes: Associates will work on cases involving white-collar crimes, such as fraud and embezzlement. Responsibilities include case preparation, legal research, and court appearances.
3. General Litigation: For the role in Chandigarh, associates will assist with various litigation tasks, including drafting documents, conducting research, and appearing in court as required.
