Eligibility
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Experience: 5-11 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of general corporate law, commercial law, labor laws, and industry-specific regulations, including the Drugs & Cosmetic Act.
- Additional Skills: Expertise in marketing business agreements, intellectual property rights (IPR), and litigation matters.
Role and Responsibilities
The Legal Manager will be responsible for:
- Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including Leave & License, supply, manufacturing, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
- Legal Support: Providing legal support and advice on corporate, commercial, and labor laws, as well as industry-specific regulations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with the Drugs & Cosmetic Act and other relevant regulations.
- IPR and Litigation: Advising on marketing business agreements, IPR, and handling litigation matters.
