Eligibility
Candidates must have:
- 2-3 years of PQE in Corporate/M&A matters.

- Strong drafting and oral communication skills.
- Relevant experience in legal due diligence, report preparation, and corporate advisory services.
- Exposure to drafting and vetting of definitive agreements and transaction closings.
- Familiarity with FEMA advisory and compliance.
Role and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will:
- Conduct legal due diligence and prepare detailed reports.
- Draft and vet definitive agreements for transactions.
- Advise clients on corporate matters, compliance, and FEMA regulations.
- Assist in the closing of M&A transactions.
