Eligibility
To qualify for this role, candidates must:
- Hold an LLB or LLM degree from a recognized institution.
- Possess 1-3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in litigation or dispute resolution.
- Demonstrate strong legal acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage cases effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
As an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Team, your responsibilities will include:
- Representing clients in arbitration, mediation, and court proceedings.
- Drafting pleadings, legal notices, and other litigation-related documents.
- Conducting thorough legal research and preparing case strategies.
- Assisting senior advocates and partners with complex litigation matters.
- Managing client interactions and providing timely updates on cases.
