Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements based on the practice area:
- Capital Markets: 1–6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE); Location: Mumbai, Delhi.
- Transactions: 3–7 years of PQE; Location: Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Mumbai.
- Real Estate: 3–7 years of PQE; Location: Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai.
- Taxation (Direct Tax): 4–7 years of PQE; Location: Delhi NCR.
Relevant experience in these practice areas is mandatory.
Roles and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will:
- Provide legal advice and support tailored to their respective practice areas.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Manage client interactions and independently handle cases or transactions.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Stay updated on legal developments relevant to their specialization.
