Role and Responsibilities
As an Associate at Inttl Advocare, you will be tasked with:
- Handling cases related to Intermediary Liability, Gaming, Media, and Technology laws, including Intellectual Property matters.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
- Conducting in-depth legal research and providing expert legal advice to clients.
- Representing clients in court hearings and liaising with government authorities.
- Managing client portfolios and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
