Eligibility
To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:
- A professional qualification in law.
- 1–4 years of experience in contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation.

- Attention to detail and process excellence.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with procurement and supplier relationship legal aspects.

Role and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
- Negotiate and draft contracts with third-party suppliers, ensuring adherence to Unilever’s interests and risk profile.
- Support governance schedules and compliance activities for key suppliers.
- Maintain and update internal contract templates to reflect current legal requirements.
- Highlight risks and deviations in standard clauses.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Procurement, Data Privacy, and external legal counsel.
- Recommend and implement improvements in contract processes.
- Ensure seamless communication with stakeholders across multiple time zones.
