Eligibility
To qualify for this role, candidates must have:
- A LLB degree.

- Familiarity with non-Indian legal systems, such as US or European, is an added advantage.
Role and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
- Manage the contract lifecycle from preparation to execution.
- Review, draft, and negotiate agreements like NDAs, software licenses, and consulting service agreements.
- Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and processes while consulting business units and legal experts.
- Analyze contract terms to maintain regulatory adherence.
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with GBSC standards.
- Escalate issues when needed and exercise sound judgment.
