Sagar Associates) is seeking a qualified and experienced lawyer for the position of Associate in their Labour & Employment (Advisory & Transactional) and Corporate Investigations practice area. This role is ideal for legal professionals with a strong background in employment law advisory, employment documentation, corporate transaction due diligence, and HR audits, including POSH and white-collar investigations. The selected candidate will work on-site at the Gurugram office, contributing to high-profile projects and advising clients on complex employment-related matters.

Eligibility
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
– A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (up to 5 years) in employment law advisory and transactional work.
– Experience working with law firms focused on employment documentation, handling employment due diligence, and managing employment issues in corporate transactions.
– Expertise in conducting HR audits and handling POSH and white-collar investigations.
– Strong legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
Role and Responsibilities
As an Associate in the Labour & Employment and Corporate Investigations practice, your responsibilities will include:
– Providing advisory services on employment law matters to clients.
– Drafting and reviewing employment-related documentation.
– Conducting employment due diligence in corporate transactions.
– Handling employment issues in mergers and acquisitions.
– Undertaking HR audits and managing POSH and white-collar investigations.
– Collaborating with other team members to deliver high-quality legal services to clients.
