Eligibility
- Educational Qualification:
- A Degree in Law from a recognized University.
- Specialized knowledge and experience in intellectual property laws, patent filing, and related fields are essential.
Role and Responsibilities
- Patent Filing and Management:
- Handle the entire process of patent filing, including drafting, submitting, and following up on patent applications related to Ayurvedic innovations.
- Ensure that all patents comply with national and international intellectual property laws.
- IP Consultation:
- Provide expert legal advice on matters related to intellectual property, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.
- Assist the institute in navigating complex IP legal landscapes to protect its research and innovations.
- Technology Transfer:
- Work closely with the IPR and Technology Transfer Cell to facilitate the commercialization of Ayurvedic products and technologies.
- Draft and negotiate IP-related agreements, including licensing, technology transfer, and collaboration agreements.
- Legal Documentation:
- Prepare and review legal documents related to intellectual property rights, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
- Maintain detailed records of all IP-related activities and filings.
